Got a little clear on the body this morning.  Still needs to be wet sanded and polished.  I think it's looking good so for.  Wasn't to sure at first but I like the colors once I got some lacquer on it.

I got some parts cleaned up and ready to paint.. Some parts I painted the other day have dried and ready to assemble.  I don't like the decal set that came with this kit so I may go with this one I pulled out of an old 1950 Chevy truck kit.

I had to pull the engine back off the chassis.  I think I shot myself in the foot. The pulley system will not fit since I installed the plug wires in the distributor.  Need to figure out what to do now to fix this problem.

Glad to see you got your plug wires out of the way. My suggestion was to bring them upward at a 90 degree angle to the distributer cap like the OEM and then back along the upper edge of the heads.

It ended up not being anything major but I appreciate the suggestion.

I taped up the body, hood, and grille to the frame to get it all aligned and glued the body & grille in place.  Also got a little detail work done on the firewall.  Man....that is getting a little to small for my shaky hands to paint. That's a good as I can do.
