Claude Thibodeau
Hi Rooster! Great weathering, very convincing. And I know it's not as easy as it seems to achieve that, contrary to what you suggest under the last picture. Bravo! CT

afx
Wasn't expecting this finish for the build. Really like the stance.

espo
I agree on the weathering. Don't recall ever seeing anyone accent the chopping of the top this well.

David G.
Great looking Rat Rod! I love the weathering and details, especially the welds on the chopped top. But what's the story? This car looks like it has a great story behind it. David G.

Painted Black
I was trying to keep up with this build and the next thing I know its under glass, wasn't expecting an excellently weathered finish, but man it's cool. Well done!! Not even close to being a rat rod! Edited January 29, 2022 by Painted Black
Paul Payne
The engineering is great, so now a background story need to be imagineered!
James2
So here is the story of the model itself. I am not sure how long ago I actually started this build, but it was inspired by the Bass Customs 34 Ford. And keeping to my "Finish Them All Tour" theme and the thought of not buying anything to do so it was put together with nothing but leftovers, spare parts and anything in the boxes I already had. The chop happened because I like trying new things, same as the weathered finish with exposed welds. The grill and head lights are because I had them, hence the different color. Engine, trans, driveline and chassis also just because I had them. Kind of the same thing if you were building a 1:1 out of the parts you had laying around. Thanks for looking!
