Matt McNally
This is the JD Stacy Buick that Mark Martin drove in a handful of races in 1983. Built from a Monogram Buick kit and Wetworks decals. Here's the reference shot I used for the build: Matt McNally

majel
Matt: I would love to see some interior and chassis pictures. I am currently building the DW #11 Mountain Dew with Wet Works decals straight out of the box ansd would love to see how you detailed the interior and chassis. Thanks for showing a great looking build. Did you use decals for the tire lettering or did you paint them?
3men2s
man...buiks really looked good in nascar sheets. will we ever see Buik again racing?..... but glad we can re live the past with projects like this. Mark Martin one of my favorites, never knew he drove a Buik. You did great, and you nailed the color.
Matt McNally
Thanks for the comments every one. Here are some more shots of the car. This is a typical build for me, pretty much out of the box with paint detailing to match reference shots for the engine and interior with some roll bar padding added. Tire lettering is decal, either from old Monogram decal sheets or after market sheets. Matt McNally
