Gramps46
Yesterday I received the 1970 Alfa Romeo Montreal. It is a Centenary Special Edition and is labeled both Hachette and Leo Models. It took a couple of weeks to ship from Italy but was well worth the wait as I am very pleased with it. A unique feature of the model is the opening rear hatch.
1959scudetto
Congrats, Gary - this has been # 5 of the Alfa Centenary collection and is definitely one of their best: Edited March 1, 2022 by 1959scudetto
rrb124@sbcglobal.net
Not familiar with the Centenary Collection but really nice! What scale? Have a friend that owns the real 1:1 thing and have driven it. Beautiful.

It started in July 2010 (Celebrating 100 years of Alfa Romeo) and issued 30 models over a 60-week period. 10 years ago you could find every model for small money on ebay - now they have become pretty expensive and sometimes hard to find. Here is a link from a Spanish website which shows pictures of every model of the series (text is in Spanish): http://diecast24.blogspot.com/2016/05/alfa-romeo-coleccion-centenario.html Edited March 19, 2022 by 1959scudetto

rrb124@sbcglobal.net
Thanks Scudetto. I seem to recall that magazine subscription and the models now. Good quality and the scale size I prefer.
