rsmodels
My mother had the exact car in white with a red interior, blackwalls , and no bumper guards. I painted and detailed the interior, filed off the bumper guards, detailed the grille, got rid of the black dots in the headlights, and foiled over most all of the printed on chrome trim. The first 3 photos are how it came from the factory. Thanks for looking. Feel free to comment, good or bad. -Rich

Brian Austin
That appears to be an Argentinian Chevy 400. Neat.
peteski
Nice job modifying the model. If you can do it, a crowning touch would be to add scale license plates that your mother's car had. That's if you remember what they were. Or at least period plates.

I have a couple of photos of my mom and aunt standing by the car when it was new but would have to check to see if the plate is visible. Like you say, even period Mass. plates would be an improvement.
John M.
I like the attention to detail especially since it's in 1/43 scale.
