Hi Folks,  I received this kit recently and thought I would share a what's in the box review.

This is a limited run multi media kit from Michael Trape, a well known large scale model maker from Germany.

A few pics of the completed model...

There are about 1200 parts altogether in this kit.  The engine stand that you solder together is included.

Pros....Everything about this kit is first class.  From the instructions to all the beautiful parts.

Cons...I do wish the rest of the motor would have been included.  There is no exhaust or turbos/air boxes included and no transaxle. Price point is high, about $1200.00

There is a WIP thread started in the All The Rest section by Pascal from France.  Hope he picks it back up as he has posted in awhile.

In all my years of this hobby, I've never seen anything like it. To do a good job, set aside a long period of serious concentration.

Considering the price of some of the poor quality 1/24-1/25 scale plastic kits on the market, this is a fair price IMO.

Would wonder about the approximate dimensions at completion.

A high quality glass case is a must!

Thanks for posting.

Holy moly, that is a beauty. Too bad the high price point. I would have to sell the house. lol! Enjoy building it.
