I built the cv version when they first came out and I learned quickly that you had to be careful fitting things together because things fit so tightly. I believe this kit is being reissued this year, Now I've heard it said that, "all Corvettes are red and non red ones are just a mistake", but your yellow one is going to look very good sitting on your display shelf.
