Hoffman
Hello Guys, Just a quick post. This car was lurking in the background with a '33 Cadillac convertible coupe I'm building. For this '32, the wheelbase was shortened from a scale 149" to 143". The base model is Monogram's '32 V16 dual-cowl phaeton. Adapted to that is the cowl, windshield and front doors from the Italeri '33 Cadillac town car. The rear deck is Johan '31 Cadillac convertible coupe, grafted in. This weekend I've been stuck on conference calls night and day, so I decided to see if I could make some progress on the Cadillac at the same time. Working on the top, it's mostly Johan Mercedes 500K, made taller, longer, and the sides angled in to line up with the windshield. Don't barf! It's still in the ugly stage, but it's coming along.
