I think it may have something to do with the conditions here at my property. I live in a farming area, and there is a big peanut field right behind my house. My work shed is out back close to the field. It's been very dry here and when they were harvesting the peanuts it created a lot of dust, which seeps into every small crack in windows and doors. The body was uncovered in my shed and probably picked up some light dust film while curing, the Rustoleum stays tacky for quite a while. I need to start covering my parts until they are fully cured.
