Dodge L700 resin Daycab

Recommended Posts

Got this little daycab Dodge in a trade. It was just the cab but it was in pretty good shape. I got a lot of great random parts with it. There's a place right on the roof that just won't sand smooth or fill with putty and look right so it's staying I guess. I used a FLD interior tub. Had to butcher it good to make it fit but it's working now. The frame (I think) is from a 359 California Hauler. I've shortened it it was already shortened once. And it's going to get shortened again. The engine is from a junked Titan 90. The rims are from my stash. Just random wheels. I've got to get glass for it.

Interesting build.  Sounds like the resin may not have cured, next time try filling with superglue.  I've had decent luck with that but it's really tough to sand, you have to be careful as the resin is softer.   Glass should be easy, all the windows look flat so clear sheet should work fine.
