Hey  , a Putty-meister

This is a cool looking build.

The opening doors is a great idea, and nicely done.

A very nice start  .

Keep us in the loop with some more pic's and updates - dave

Quit the Bondo Job.

Paid off well too.

Wheels and tires look like a perfect fit.

Good looking Blazer.

Looks good, it's a cool idea. Do you have any pictures of your 1:1 blazer? Also what kit is that? I've been looking for an 80's chevy kit.

Thanks!

This started out as a GMC but you should be able to find a Sod buster pickup around, or the 79 both from MPC and both 4x4s.....

Here's a pic of the 1:1 of mine

Is that black? It kinda looks like a really dark dark red or brown in some photos. I think it might just be reflections though.

Thats what I thought it was, but some of the reflections in it made it look red or brown. But it looks good black.

Nice work so far. That is some shiny black paint. Looks like your not building your truck exactly. Are you going to put the window trim around the rear widows? Keep up the the good work.

Have the interior installed, carpeted the back (hard to get a pic of right now) need to do some touch up painting yet thru out.........plus some detail painting under the hood.........

Filled the front bumpers turn signals still need to sand them, Did a trade a week ago and waiting on a unbuilt kit to come in cause i need the exhaust off of it.........(thinkt he post office lost it tho) so i may need to locate another one, or just scratch build the exhaust.......Still need to make drive shafts for it. Locate two sqaure headlights, and detail paint the turn signals and side marker lights...........

The hood still needs to be water sanded to smooth it out some more.........

Next will be the hard part i will be making the topper side window trim from scratch so this will take some time.............

Well hope you like, its gona be another one off off my bench fairly soon.........not alot time to work on it right now but i have been squeezing some time in here and there.........
