Rick Schmidt
Ohhh this looks good. It's hard to tell by the tires but is this going to be an offroad style truck? No, they are what it was gonna sit on when it was a long bed C10 lol this one will end up with s street tire on a steel rim I forgot to mention it's plan is to be a project truck like one I seen a few days ago
Rick Schmidt
managed to dig up a couple of older pics from when it first became a C10 did that because the molding was junk and none of the trim lined up
B-dub
WHOA!? I'm confused.. where did you get this c10? (resin?) my favorite trucks are the 67-72 chevy c10's

Rick Schmidt
thanks guys at the moment it looks seriously broke all to heck but hopefully I can get it back together Bobby its the old AMT 72 Cheyenne which ended up this time having a decent body but crooked side trim and all so I decided to make the best of it and start sanding the trim off
B-dub
thanks for the info I'll be tracking one of those down in the future for sure
Rick Schmidt
this will be number 2 for me I built the 1st years ago box stock aside from a spare tire mounted in the bed to match a 1/1 I was looking at it a few days ago and the trim was nowhere near as fugly as this one so maybe I got a bad one so ya may get lucky and get a nice one
LVZ2881
Bandit Resins makes a shortbed conversion with the side trim already removed. its a nice peice and pretty reasonable price and he offers it with either a GMC or Chevy tailgate.... Rick Schmidt
James, That woulda been the easy way out ........I had actually been told of the resin bed and a better frame and such, but I wanted to just go at it with this truck. Now that it's completely cut down and back together I think I did ok
LVZ2881
I think you did ok too it looks really good! I picked up the resin bed, and I'm gonna throw it on a GMC stepside frame so I wont have to shorten anything..
