Ford Mustang 67 Eleanor

hi guys !

my next project is the ford mustang eleanor.

in this moment i haven´t not so much time for building but i hope in a few mounths its ready.

this is the kit i used for the built:

and this is the stance of the resin body with the tires:

first time i begin with the interieur - and i hope in a few days the work is ready on it.

in the next time i must show for the laquer of the body. in the internet i can find a dupont laquer - called Pepper Gray Met

do you know is this the real paint of the original car?

Jurg, It's lookin good Buddy! I'm glad you found the Shelby. That resin body is REALLY cool, It'll look KILLER when your done! :D

Hey thats a cool resin body. were did you get that? i've got the revel 66 Gt-350 and i was going to make it into a agressive street machine, but if i can find a body like that i might change it up.

hi !!!

today i sanded the body and paint it with primer. after another sanding i must do this in the next day a second time, then i hope the quality for the laquer is ok.

i try the interieur in the body and it´s fit perfect.

sorry but my day have only 24 hours, and that´s not enough with work, wife and kids :lol:B) B)

i must buy the original laquer and thats not so easy and than i can paint it.

a need a little bit time for this - ok ? ;)

That is looking amazing! The engine and interior are convincing! The interior looks like it would feel like leather to the touch!

the interieur i painted with revell aqua semi gloss and a little polish with a cotton blanket.

after long time of waiting and do some other works the built goes on.

i can get now the original color from dupont for the mustang called pepper grey metalic and painted the body.

OOOOO, Juerg, thats lookin GOOD Daddy-O! This ones gonna be REAL NICE!,But then again, that's pretty normal for you!!!

Once it's done get some pics OUTSIDE in that BEAUTIFUL country-side, so we can all see how nice it is in Austria! :lol:;)
