Guest JamesDE
I know this has been done before, but I wanted to share my method that I decided to try after thinking how I was going to do this. Basically I took a Pegasus 1301 tire off of the rim and removed the whitewall insert. I used mustard yellow acrylic paint for this and set it aside to dry. For the whitewall part of this tire, I used, yup you guessed it, white acrylic. You never wanna use enamels because it takes forever and a year to dry. If it even dries up. Here are some pics so you can get an idea what I am talking about. I will be trying this on some Pegasus 1109's soon.
Lownslow
I used a Ruling Compass i went higher on the other since some vogues dont run along the rim edge
