Darin Bastedo
I decided to give the full detail follow up to the curbside Barely 'Cuda a more Muscle car look, So I'm using a set of Marc Nellis' 19 inch Mopar steelies, sleeved in the rear to make 23 inchers. It will be powered by a Lamborghini V12 engine, 4WD and rear transaxle. Here is the roughed in bodywork. in the end it will look like the drawing (I hope!) Let me know what you think. S10man
Looks like a great project Darin. Good idea with the Lambo engine. Are you going with the gull-wing doors also?

SoCalMark
That looks great so far. Did you lengthen the front end? You know I've never done a drawing of any of my projects. I see it in my head and start cutting.

Yup it's getting the gullwing doors. All the hinges and hardware are in the lambo kit that is donating it's engine and suspension.

Thanks Mark, The front end as a whole isn't longer, but the fenderwells, are moved foward on the fender, and the cockpit moved back which gives it the illusion of being longer. Hey next time you see Chip Foose show him this...it would be great to see him do this in full size.
lordairgtar
The heck with Foose, show it to Daimler Chrysler. That would be a perfect companion to the Challenger.
