yellowtruck99
Hey I had started this in the car section by accident http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=32582 Here are some more up to date pics
Clay
Great job so far, what color is that?
Jordan White
Looking good so far! One suggestion I'd make (if you'd want to change it) is using square tubing for the front lift. It's easier to make a straight cut, plus it would look more like a real lift. Otherwise (if you haven't planned on it already), fabricate a skidplate with sheet styrene. yellowtruck99
Great job so far, what color is that? Its from Dupli-color Sonic Blue Pearl Looking good so far! One suggestion I'd make (if you'd want to change it) is using square tubing for the front lift. It's easier to make a straight cut, plus it would look more like a real lift. Otherwise (if you haven't planned on it already), fabricate a skidplate with sheet styrene. I knew I skipped over some detail. I can still do the skid plate though, thanks for the suggestion I'm going to start on that one before I get too far along.

yellowtruck99
It took a while to find the paint I liked I'm real happy with the way it turned out
67PontiacGTO
You did a steelar job but I would like to say somethin and hope you dont take offense and alot of people miss this, but the 99+ silvys are six lug. But you could always say you did a 5 lug sas conversion. HAHA
Jared Roach
Nice build man, but I have a couple things to say that would make this better, no offence. Take your windows back out and either use a sharpy or paint to do the black around the windows, it will look 10x better. and take your grill/bumper off and reglue it so it fits flush with the hood and fenders, because right now it looks like it's about to fall off lol. I like it though, just wanted to point out somethings that could be done which would help the model look 10x better.
JamesW
Jared, from the looks of it, it's just mocked up for now, not glued yet.

Jordan White
Either way, it looks like the body isn't pushed onto the chassis all the way, thus the gap near the grille.
