Chuck Most
I posted this in the light trucks section a while back, but I thought I'd post it here as well- seems like people kind of overlook the trucks area, even though there are some really cool models there! (This ain't one of 'em! ) Basically, this is an R&R Resin '38 cab and interior tub, plopped down on a Monogram '50 F-1 Chassis, and the bed is scratchbuilt, with '28 Lincoln fenders and running boards. The fron wheels are hybrid '50 Ford/'32 Chrysler, while the rear duals are hybrid '50 Ford/'32 Chrysler/'28 Lincoln units, with the Triple Diamond hubcaps from a Motor City IH Metro kit. The whole thing is hosed off in the same can of School Bus Yellow I used on the Metro. Not much to it really, but I still think it just might be the coolest thing I've ever built!
