T-Bolt427
Does anyone recommend a good pattern to open up the rear wheel openings on the Hemi Dart kit? The pattern on the inside of the body that Revell provided looks wrong in my opinion.
Rob Z
They are wrong, yes but, they are just reversed. You can copy the pattern from the inside of one and put it on the opposite side and that should get it rather close...
T-Bolt427
Thanks Rob. I thought they looked backwards too, but never really thought about reversing them! Great idea! Jim
Rob Z
No problem Jim, can't wait to see how this one turns out... Kinda different for you after all those Ford's...
W117monte
Maybe get a picture online and blow it up till its very close to the size and trace the rear wheel wells on a sheet of paper.then you can transfer them to the model body. oldscool
They look good enough for me and to my eye look better than the accurate ones. What I like about them is they are an exact match to the front openings. That is a trick the customizers used to do back in the 60s. grumpy gus
