Curt,

I enjoyed talking to you as well. You look a little different than your picture, though! ;)

Jairus, great talking to you too, and John, I thoroughly enjoyed driving up with you.

It was really cool to be there, and be part of the show! And I got to meet some cool people: Jairus, Andy, Steve, Mike, Gregg, Roy Sorenson and his wife, Jim Keeler, Ira Dahm, Don Graham, John Teresi. And probably some more I didn't quite catch their name of. I got my "Li'l Merrod" finished just in time. I'll admit it needs some polishing to bring the gloss up. Something for our upcoming show here in Stockholm in a week. Minor adjustments..... :( What was interesting, was the fact that over in the Model Cars corner, there was a feeling of companionship, talking to people, we had a great time! And over in the other corner, well it seemed a bit dull.... :D

I scored some rare kits: Revell '57 Ford Country Squire, MPC '67 Corvette - first issue, like new almost, AMT Astro 1. And some other stuff.

There were some amazing models on display!! Incredible paint jobs that really blew me away! The lowriders were the ones with the wildest paint jobs. I have to try something like that in the future....

I had a great time, thanks!

Gee, I'm still waiting for the MCM limo to pick me up and take me to the airport to catch the MCM executive jet to the NNL. :)

I'm thinking they're late.

The MCM helocopter will take you to get the limo...better check with TSA :D;)
