I liked the body in the pics that I had for referance so I decided to leave the numbers off and make it a street version.

Beautiful job on that, Dave. I like the spare tire window! Is that the Carrera kit?

Now you have a impressive model at home!....

2 questions, what paint did you used with this model, and what you did with the rear mirrors that came with the model?

let me know!

I used Tamayi's Italian Red in the can and the Tamayi clear. Two coats of red and one coat of clear. I painted the mirrors but when I sat them on the fenders I didn't like them so I went with Viper mirrors. I just tossed the old ones back in the box. I like these better for a street car.

There actually was one P4 driven on the street. Dino Martin (Dean's son) had one painted yellow with blue wheels(YES) the roof was open and it had 4 glasspacks to try to quiet it down.There was a feature on the car in an old issue of Motor Trend from the late 60s.

Sell????? what does that mean. I don't do things like that with my extra parts. How about I just give them to you. Send me your address and I will send them your way. Better they go to good use than sit in the box.

Later Dave.

Dave: Yes, I received them last week. I wonder if you received the email I sent you where I told it. Thanks a lot again.

I must have missed the e-mail. I just wanted to see if you had got them and if not that they were on the way. I hope you can use them.

Later Dave.
