My first 1/24th scale Drag car

I am hooked! Just finished my bracket drag car. Still need to adjust the wheelie bars at the track. I used Revell 67 Chevelle body with a Parma international edge rtr #452-b turn key car but added the wheels and tires

I spent a full day setting up and building this car. It's the only slot car I have built but, I plan on building another body for this frame. The only mods to the body was I cut the under the inter front fenders and firewall out and epoxed the hood and all bumpers really good. I have yet to run the car so I don't know how it will hold up but, I will now next week. I will take more in progress photos on my next one.

Here are a few shots of the underside. It's still clean (that will change this week) I just used heavy coats of epoxy on the chrome and hood.

It may be a slot car but I did notice it still has just the right amount of "RAKE" to it. :wink:

Ohh, it's very clean! Just out of the box and with a new body, cool... Chevelle looks good!
