r32 drift skyline

just finished up a few hours ago. let the decals dry and took some pictures.

this was my first foreign kit i built and i loved it. some people told me not to build it this way since it was a discontinued kit and hard to find in the us but im very happy with the way it turned out. favorite thing about these jap kits are the poseable steering. wish the american kits came like that.

did this up real quick with some pastels on a crappy sheet of wood. its nice for some pictures

Thanks for posting this up mate, it made me smile :)

My good mate Mark used to have an R32 drifter called Doro. I wanted to build a replica of it for him because he and I spent many a weekend working on it.

Oh man it was a properly engineered Drift pig!

I reckon he spent $700 on the intercooler and radiator piping just to get it both look and flow right. He was so into this car that he knew that if the pipe bends were off by just s tiny bit that it just wouldn't run right and the dyno proved that!

nice build and a nice diorama ...Kits are meant to be built that's why their called KIT'S. so i hope you had fun

building your model. keep building and have fun doing it . i think that is what this hobby is about.
