Ken#5fan
I have a friend who mixed his acrylic at the ratio of 1/2 paint, 1/4 70% alcohol, and 1/4 Future floor wax. He told me he laid down a few thin coats about three or four days apart then laid on a heavy coat, then went back a week later and added a final coat. He then polished it out and the results were great.
MikeMc
Fuzzy fur is too far away, or the 91% is causing it to dry too quick, or both. Only luck I've had AB acrylics is with Tamiya or polly scale thinners. Others use 70%, 91%, or windshield washer fluid. Never worked for me..But I prefer lacquers
Marc @ MPC Motorsports
I wholeheartedly recommend thinning Acryl with Testors acrylic thinner only. It works the best IMHO.
