LDO
I've heard rumors of a 1/72 Skipjack submarine; about 42 inches long. Possibly boring for car modelers, but remove the bumps, scrounge up some wheels and a drivetrain...
Art Anderson
I don't care about the glass... I wan'na build this one! Now, I need another Allison V1710 V12! Neat sketchpad, Jairus! Art
Janne Herajärvi
There comes day when i stop all my other projects just to build Hudson Hornet. Every model company should do it like Moebius and listen customers little better Now: Dear Moebius is there any chance to have an model kit of Lada, any 70s to 90s rear-wheel drive model. Thank you

That Skipjack, combined with a 5-channel radio control system, and one of the commercially available model submarine ballast tank systems would be SOOOOOO cool! We have here in Lafayette a 3-acre lagoon in our principal city park, that would be just so neat to play with a sub--I can hear it already: Aaahoogah@ Aaahoogah! DIVE! DIVE!. Hmmmmmm! charlie8575
If you can figure out how to get the sound to work through the controls, here's your dive klaxon recording. http://www.phonezoo.com/ringtone/48421624/klaxon-tone.htm Charlie Larkin
Chuck Most
Skipjack... plus a Flathead V8... plus some tall and skinny slicks I already have laying around... Lee, my good sir, that might be the best idea I've seen in a long time. I'm stepping out to search for some submarine kits.
RickRollerLT1
What's the MSRP on this one and the 300? Hopefully they won't be $50 because it's a totaly new subject like trumpitors Falcon. Edited July 15, 2011 by V-spec
Dr. Cranky
Yes! Yes!
RickRollerLT1
Nope ... both the Hudson and the 300 will have MSRPs in the $30 range. Good, but still a bit too pricey for me. I'll wait till an LHS has it for $25 or less, or hopeing (but i'm not gonna count my chicken on it) that Michaels or AC Moore will (not likely) carry it in the next 6 years!! Danno
I suspect that news will be held tightly by Moebius until mid October, as in i-Hobby Expo. However, can I get conformation that Model King will be offering the first NASCAR version in a limited run joint deal as was posted on another board. Art or Dave ? Steve, True. ModelKing is doing a very limited production run of the NASCAR Hudson in Tim Flock livery. Three thousand units, one time only. I already have mine on order. Hot diggity dawg! Let's go racin', boys! sjordan2
Just remember that there are many external visual differences between this '54 and the Moebius '53, notably the side trim, grille, rear fenders and air scoop on the hood.
