Figured I would show a picture of my daily driver. It is a 05 mustang with a v6 and a five speed. Added the gt package. I drive it daily to work 100 miles round trip. Has 180,000 miles on it amd going strong. Fun to drive and 26 mpg as well. 2013-06-16143622_zps1d36df57.jpg

Wow. The paint work looks fantastic for the mileage. Cool

Here are my two workhorses:

1994 F-150 XLT. 5.0, E4OD auto 4x4. It has the SixLiter tune up (learned about it on a Ford Truck forum, high output coil, 8mm wires, timing bump) BBK shorty headers that leak badly, K&N intake, soon to have a Flowmaster cat-back, Rancho RS5000 shocks, new brakes, new headlights and clear markers, and a bunch of other TLC and upgrades. I sacrificed a mint 2WD '95 to save it back in 2010. With donor body parts and some fresh paint, the old girl still turns a few heads. Color is Tobago Green (same as Calypso on a Mustang) with a dark Tourmaline insert and grey interior. I've had this truck since August of 2007, and she just rolled over 120k on the ticker tonight! Pic is from when I put it back together, I have some more recent ones on my phone I need to upload. I'll never part with this one.

001-1.jpg

And the new daily, a 2008 F-250 Lariat. 6.4 Power Stroke Diesel backed by a ZF 6 Speed manual (yep, she's a rare beast). I bought it last year and the previous owner installed the 5" Diamond Eye DPF delete turbo back exhaust and SCT LiveWire programer. Since then I swapped to the 2012 18" OE wheels (20's that were on it were off of a '12 Lariat), installed an S&B intake, a Sinister Diesel EGR delete and coolant filter. Not pictured is the smoked Recon cab light lenses and smoked LED mirror and 3rd brake lights. Oxford White over Pueblo Gold with a camel leather interior. Next mod is a South Bend 3250 dual dusc clutch (the stock one gets kinda cranky when you put your foot down). I love to drive this truck and I don't think I'll ever let it go either.

Could have sworn I posted in this one, guess not. Anyways, here's my daily driver.

013-1.jpg

It's a 1955 Chevrolet 3204 pickup, 235 6 cylinder (dual Holleys, Fenton headers, and Howard M4F solid lifter cam) and a 3 speed on the column with a Borg-Warner R10 overdrive. Still riding on the stock leaf spring suspension, manual steering, and manual drum brakes, but has been upgraded with gas shocks, F & R anti-sway bars, steering stabilizer, and radial tires. Those of you that attended the HMCA show a while back might have seen it sitting in the lot, it was parked out by the road near the CVS.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW! I LOVE that rig. I had a '92 F-250 with the 460, XLT Lariet, extended cab, 8 foot box, trailer tow package. Man how I miss that truck.

That is very cool. Not many of those were made, I can't imagine how many actually exist today. Back in the day, Tony's Pizza in Hazlet, NJ bought a fleet of red ones. I'm not sure how many they actually had. You'd see them all over town, acquiring more body damage every time you'd see one, at mercy of teen age drivers. They didn't last long!

Here's my daily driver. 2002 Lincoln Continental CE (Collector's Edition). Bought it on January 1, 2013. Was purchased with 74,481 on odometer. I often get poked fun at since I'm 23 and driving what is considered a "Senior Citizen" vehicle. That is until the V8 kicks in. People then begin questioning their decision of V6's.:lol::rolleyes: I'm kidding... But anyone that does ride with is usually impressed with the power due to the fact that this car weighs 3,800 lbs.

On with the pics. I need newer ones as these was taken on Jan. 11.

My wife has a 99 Continental we bought new in 98. Now with 208,000 mile on it your averages 23 mph. Best we ever owned.

All of the research I done on the Continental's before I bought gave it amazing reviews. Said they was practically bullet proof provided you kept up with the general maintenance. I absolutely love my car.

I used to have a 1989 Crown Vic that was first my grandfather's, then I inherited it from my father. It was bullet proof! I put over 200,000 on it. I drove it a 150 mile round trip commute and got 19-20 mpg. I gave it to my wife's brother. He drove it for a year and gave it to a friend of his who is still driving it.

I have a 1988 Ford F-150 4x4 V8 short bed that has 86000 original miles on it, my Dad bought it new and after he had his heart attack and my Mom quit driving due to health reasons he parked it and I talked him into giving it to me. It don't look like much but it is paid for and it is in great mechanical shape, I drive it everyday! :D
