W-409
This build is AMAZING!!! I like that detailing very much, and actually I haven't seen many of these Drag Bikes built, great to see this one. It would be great to have model kit from this kind of bike...
Hippie
thanks everyone. W-409: I wish there was a kit around too. but no company wants to touch the subject, Tamiya and Fujimi are the only ones going good bikes, but they stay to sports bikes subjects, not that I'm conplaning there great kits. Here is some more pics.(sorry there not as good quality as the first set ) thanks again everyone.
Peter Lombardo
That is a really nice job on the Bike. I really love the presentation of the pictures. They are not just pictures, the carbon fiber look is very appropriate for this, I like that a lot. The detailing is superb. Great job. The bike, with the subtle weathering and "has been used" marks on it, has a very real patina to it. It looks like it actual ran down a drag strip......very cool. rollover
Absolutely beautiful. We should mate you with John Teresi to create a Supermodeler!
Biffo
Very nice looking bikle ! but the neat blower instalation/drive confusses me ! it looks to be driven by the output shaft/final drive sprocket ? surely yhus means blower is only turning when bike is in gear and back wheel is turning ? ior am i missing something? excellent work though
Austin T
Thats an amzing model and I love motorcycles,But I would NEVER ride one of those down a quarter mile.Too scary.

Hippie
Thanks everyone I'm not sure about the blower drive, I believe the blower sprocket is on another shaft over the chains shaft, kinda a hallow tube duel setup, but i don't relay know. i just looked at reference pics for that part. If you go to this link you'll see a true master of modeling build a top fuel bike, his is more common with real bikes, but the rules aren't very strict so i just fallowed the rules building the bike like I would. http://hsfeatures.com/features04/topfuelbikejc_1.htm thanks. bbsbase
Hello Eric, you made a great job with this bike. I like it with all the details you put in it. Where do you get al the information about wiring a dragster motorcycle. For years I like to built a V-2 Dragster bike, but I never found enough information in the net, to make a really good model in scale. Please help and I hope to see more bikes from you.
