crispy
The car is painted Tamiya Pure White. The Wheels are Aoshima Amistad Rotino's 19" with the centers stripped and painted Tamiya Semi-Gloss black. The interior was painted Tamiya Light Sand and flocked with a similar color. The Aoshima wheels needed some work on the back side to fit the Porsche, but that's what the Dremel was for, just took some skinny-ing of the wheel back to fit in the hole. Kit is Fujimi. The thing falls together exactly like a Tamiya kit. More pictures at MY FOTKI of course!
Marc @ MPC Motorsports
Nice and no apparent bleed of the red plastic. What primer did you use?
crispy
Thanks Marc! I went with the Plasti-Kote T-237 for primary primer to fix/find any flaws, then topped with two coats of Tamiya primer.

crispy
Thanks Ismael, some of your tips probably helped me get through faster. Plus I think all day Saturday I had your progress thread opened to catch some views. I needed this to get back into building again. I've got another kit off the shelf and ready to start on tomorrow. I will add that I was able to work on this Porsche from Friday through today ALL DAY each day. Thanks to a dehydrator and CA accelerator, things move along much quicker. Although not as detailed as yours Ismael, I like how it came out. I'm very happy with it. Chris
