mikemodeler
Just wait until Dr. Cranky sees this one, he will go nuts! Nice job Robert, great weathering and I really like the Sinclair decals. Do you have any additional pictures?
AMT Pacemakers
Thanks, don't have any other pics, the engine is just a box stock build,[small block} and the chassis is just too nasty to show. Robert
Dr. Cranky
Crazy indeed! Wow, there's so much wonderful rusting and weathering on this vehicle, and I love the contrast the wheels make. Nice model. Yes, additional pictures in better light would be appreciated. Nice job! Keep the eye candy coming!
AMT Pacemakers
Sorry I'm no photo pro, just getting by!! Suggestions? I noticed in the first pic that the top of the door has a glare, in real time the model has no shine on it at all.. Robert
cruz
No science my friend, go outside and place it in front of a white or light gray background, this way it will keep the focus more on your model after you take the pictures. Great job!
CorvairJim
My first thought was that this can't be plastic. I thought it was an old Tonka, Structo, or "Buddy L " toy that had been left outside for a couple of decades and had a new set of wheels put on it. The rust job and weathering is that good! The only suggestion I could make is to highlight some of the faded trim to make it look like it might once have been chromed. (My SECOND thought was that this has to be Mater's cousin!) GREAT JOB!!!
