CHEVY2MUCH
do you have to trim a lot off the top of firewall on the chassis? i enjoy your builds very much you do awesome work.
W-409
Well this is interesting. Your Builds are always very nice, and Nova is great subject. Looks very good already, keep updates coming. One Nova, I'd like to see, or build myself, is '76 Nova with Pro Sportsman chassis....
1320wayne
I was wondering when the next new project was going to show up. The stance looks perfect. I'm a Mopar guy but this body style just looks awesome done up like this. That's why I have one of these kits to do this too somewhere down the road. tyrone
Thanks fellas, I spent some time today on this one I really could'nt do anything yesterday as I had planned, but I did make a little bit of progress, most of the cage is done, I'll add a few more bars and then start on the trunk and floor area... the pieces to the right are the pieces that I used from the pro sportsman kit. the pieces on the left were cut off... here's where I am now, I like how snug everthing fits, so far so good.. thanks for looking and comments welcome... tyrone
here's a few more..
crowe-t
It looks like the Pro Sportsman chassis is an almost perfect fit for the Nova. Did you have to change the length of the wheelbase?
tyrone
no I did'nt change the wheel base, but I did extend the rear wheel wells at the front and back.. still need to extend the lip on them though, but I'll do that when I start on the body work.. crowe-t
The rear wheel wells look good and the stance is perfect on this one. What kit is the body from?
tyrone
the revell yenko nova kit...
pharr7226
The chassis looks great as do the cuts to the wheel wells. You get more out of those Sportsmen kits than anybody. How many '55/'57 Chevy bodies do have? Edited February 13, 2012 by pharr7226
eviltwincustoms
Now this is another of my top picks! I have the perfect picture for this car. The one I want to build has a PSI blower on a big block rat motor. I am talkin BADD AZZ...
