Hi again guys,

This is a Chevy Camaro Z28 from AMT, I built this model to resemble the real Camaro Z28 F-Bomb Project built by Tom Nelson from Nelson Racing engines, you might have seen this car on the fourth installment of The fast and the furious movie.

I printed the F-bomb decal myself and also added the rear spoiler, the parachute and the roll cage. I also wired the engine and changed the wheels.

The color is Tamiya Olive Drab 2 (TS-28).

Let me know what you think and thanks for looking.

Very cool!  Wanna race my A-Bomb?

I see you converted a RS to a regular Camaro, but it is missing the parking lights under the bumper. And did you know the RS has a longer "snout" that is not molded in compared to a regular Camaro?

Wow love it!! I'm wanting to build one of these so might pic your brains for info.

Where and what wheels did you use for the build?

Rich

Well, I really wanted the model to have the closest resemblance to the real F-Bomb Camaro, however I couldnt find any set of wheels that match.

I have several sets of wheels which I didn't use for my previous built models, so I used tamiya Porsche 911 turbo rear wheels and fujimi skyline R32 wheels for the front. All of them were painted flat black.

That paint is a pretty good match for the custom mix 'F'ing Green' used on the 1:1. Now, the question is- are you going to tackle the reborn Crusher Camaro next?

I haven't got a chance to take a closer look at the real crusher camaro but I will look into it soon, is it a 67 or 68 Camaro if I may ask??

Regards
