jerseyjunker1 Posted March 16, 2012 Author Share Posted March 16, 2012 thanks for all the praise guys. as for the glass i mix real glass with the plastic glass on curved windshields. i use i believe it is 0007 thickness glass just thicker than a piece of paper. i then laminate the glass which allows me to break it any way i want then using a dremel with a grinding stone grind the edges to blend in. and thats it.
