TooOld Posted May 30, 2012 Looking real nice ! I love the 60 Fords . I have a question about your BMF . You say you are applying it before primer and paint . I've heard this before , but have never tried it . How exactly do you remove the paint and reveal the emblems ? And do you do it after every coat of paint ? Thanks. BOB . Hoosierfarmboy Posted May 30, 2012 :) Love the Starliners. My 2nd car was a 61 Starliner. Have plans to build it sometime lol . I really like the color choice. And the Spider Caps set the 60ish theme real well. Keep up the good work.
walt francis Posted May 30, 2012 well thanks guys for all the great remarks on the Starliner and Bob to answer your question yes I wipe them down after every coat of primer and paint, all I use is a fine micro brush with 90% alcohol and just work slow so not to hit the body and this is a nova i did and you can see the results and this the Challenger I did with great results Thanks again for the push to keep these projects going.
