lonewolf
I'm not very computer savvy, so i'm trying to figure out how to PROPERLY post images.I took a few pics out of "my pictures" on my computer and posted them in the truck section of this forum, but when you click on them to see the full image, they're way too big ror the screen. Can anyone give me some pointers on re-sizing the images if that is even possible? hookedonplastics
I am not sure which photo hosting site you are using, but with PhotoBucket, you have the option to re-size the photo for posting purposes. PhotoBucket gives you four different size options. Once you size the photo down, it should be correct for the forum. I hope this helps. This how I do it.... Posting Photos on Model Cars Forum 1. Post the picture you want to share on an existing website like geocities, yahoo pictures , etc. 2. "Copy" the URL of the picture on THAT site so it will be in your 'clipboard' 3. Write your PM and where you want to post your picture : click on the "IMG" button "PASTE" the URL you copied above click the "IMG" button again Hope this helps.
