How would this not be considered a Rat rod?

Recommended Posts

Funny, I thought "Don't call it a rat rod" was the mantra of the traditional hot rodders, used out of frustration when the unedumakated or trendster masses call their period or period inspired hot rods by the dirty word.

I'm with you, Craig. Might not be held together with bubblegum welds and duct tape, but it sure looks like a rat rod to me.

just like here at work. people are getting too hung up on "titles"....... "rat rod", "pro touring", "pro street", "g-machine". i personally don't care, the guy enjoys it. to me, its a "rat rod". my personal opinion is that he should have left it the way it was!!
