The mud flaps on the front are to stop the spray and mud from being thrown forward off the tyres hitting the headlights etc as the truck moves along the road. 72 Charger Posted November 29, 2012 Author Share Posted November 29, 2012 Hi dave the chassis was a tamiya king hauler but i have got new longer chassis rails and the body is compleatly scratch built from flat plasticard. The hood opens as do all the doors and the roof of the sleeper opens to gain access to the battery .Im also going to do all the electrickery myself so all the lights will work hopefully ha ha thats the plan anyway ! As for the paint im still undesided . Ive not been working on it for a while now as ive been moving house but i should be back on it soon and i will post more pics when some progress has been made . Ive sorted out my work bench and spray booth so I can now finish the painting and hopefully start the electrickery.
