Built this one about 8 months ago....I just had to build a model of a truck I saw parked outside a Lowe's home improvement store years ago....So long ago, I took the picture with a film camera....The decals I got from a guy named jerry who has a website you can get all kinds of good stuff...modeltruckin.com....Check him out...He custom made these for me and now sells them to whoever, as well...

JT,

Nice job on the Pete and trailer too. I think Jerry is a member here. He has alot of great decals, that must be your truck on his website. Nice job.

Very nice. I love these U.S. rigs with the huge sleepers, pity we don't see em down under.

Hi,

That's a great build of an Allied rig. Bet it looks impressive on your shelf.

Cheers,

Thanks, man...I scratchbilt the trailer out of .060 styrene I got from a plastics distribution place...I used the Italeri refer and the lift gate from the 48' trailer and truck accessory pack they have and the wheels and tires from one of those 1/32 scale models you see at the truck stops all over...
