AND HIDE PEOPLE IN THE TRUNK SO THEY COULD GET INTO THE DRIVE- IN FREE AND THEN SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THE CONCESSION STAND

He got it as a rebuild project sans-roof. He added drop-top stuff to it.
