The Report function of the forum works well. If you see someone acting up, acting out, or just being an okole, use the Report function. It works! I have it set up so it not only sends me an email, but that email is then marked with a flag, and get's put to the top of my email list. I will try to access/look at the report/topic as soon as possible, but remember, I'm on a six hour time delay, and other mods not only have a life, but a real job as well.  k den

Is it OK to use Tamiya's Clear Pearl aerosol over Testors One Coat Lacquer? Thanks in advance for your help.

While I've never done so, I assume that there wouldn't be any problem doing so. Tamiya paints aren't all that "hot" and the Testors's lacquers are just as durable as Tamiya's.

It should be OK John. I've sprayed the TS-13 over Testors One Coat. Might be a good idea to do a spoon test just to make sure though. I actually once sprayed Tamiya paint over uncured Testors enamel in the hopes that it would crack and craze, but for some crazy reason, it came out slick as glass. Maybe I should have hoped that it wouldn't. Then, it would have cracked and crazed like all get out.

spoon test. spoon test. spoon test. i have learned that spoon test are the greatest thing ever. if i have a new clear i will put down paint some copy right decals off the sheet and spray the clear to see if it jives. the few seconds thes steps take may save a set of decals or a great paint job

No reason why not! Both Testors Model Master lacquers and Tamiya lacquers are non-penetrating formula. I've used both interchangeably, with no detrimental results.
