Hello everyone!

This is my first time posting on this forum, been looking a little. I like what I've seen so far.

I built this 5 years ago I think. The inspiration for this build came from a picture of this paint scheme on a 1999 Camaro. It was on the subscription card of a 1/1 car magazine. I thought it would be cool to try it in scale. I drew the design, then transfered it to 2" 3M automotive masking tape. I used Tamiya spray cans for paint. Decanted and shot through an airbrush. I used decals for the seats, dash, and emblems. All other detail is hand painted.

Thanks for looking!

Dave

Geez, what a nightmare to mask. I think the result is just killer!

It is very nice work and thanks for sharing. But I am confused. Is it red inside or gray?

UPDATE: Nevermind, I just noticed the last pic is in black and white.

It's amazing how it looks the back end of the car in the last picture, like a "predator" camouflage with the floor. Good job with the tape!
