Kenny B
Thanks Gino and Ray for your comments. I have some more updated pics of sleeper doors installed. I have a small repair around the door latch on the passenger side small storage door. The chrome paint ran under the masking tape. Like I haven't been there before. Thanks for following my build. Kenny B
Thanks to all for your wonderful comments. If you remember back when I was working on the hood. Or should I say changed the hood from a 379x to the 389 style hood. I ended up with a gap between the rear inner fender and the hood. I needed to add onto the inner fender to make it look right. With adding to the inner fender at the rear it straightens the front of the fender out so it sits straight with the grill. Now the front fenders clear the bumper when opening the hood. Do you follow me so far. Sanded and painted. Needs to be cleared and then ready to be installed. Thanks for following my build. Ken. Kenny B
Thanks Dave and Gino for your comments. I have decided to repaint the top of the hood again for the third time. It has some sink holes that developed and I was hoping that by wet sanding them would work. But of coarse the more you sand the the more you want to repaint. I ended up putting some putty filler on them now re sand again and again. Ken.

Kenny B
Just checking in on here. It's been a while since this new forum doesn't want to work with m iPad. How is this big rig coming along Ken? Any new updates for us brother?MikeHey Mike, Thanks for the nudge.I have been busy driving my truck simulator. What fun.The hood on my Pete is giving me a fight for sure. It seems that everything that I do to it ends up being a headache. This must be the sixth or seventh time that I have painted the top of it and i'm wet sanding again. I needed a break from the whole mess. I did actually look at it the other day though so that is some progress. My wonderful sister in law made me a top notch pillow and sleeping bag for the sleeper. I'm still thinking about the whole light thing as well. Will have to get back at it pretty soon.

I'm at the lighting stage now and am saving up the nickels to purchase it.A few small touch ups and once the lights are wired in the cab it will be done. Motivation? MMMMM Sure. youngtiger1
Oh man, photo bucket sucks. It’s taken away all the old photo through out the modeling forums. So, you gonna light this big boy up? Cool beans, hopefully new photos will be viewable soon.
