'32 Tracknose V12

Pretty happy how this one turned out.

Started out with an old stock roadster body shell & hood from a friend (thanks Bruce). Chassis has been zedded at the back, narrowed at the front to fit inside the tracknose & the front axle moved out a little. The Lincoln V12 fitted real nice.

Body mods include the track nose, the whole cockpit has been moved back to balance the body masses, new hood sides fabricated & the rear of the hood relocated to give the car a longer look. All the body moldings have been smoothed & the number plate frenched.

Paint was Tamiya Italian red / Racing white.

Have a good one

Thanks for the comments gentlemen.

Here is a couple of build photos that show the chassis mods etc. The spare tracknose from the Revell midget fits very well to any early Ford hood, just needs a little cut & fill etc
