SFRC
A new project. The father of a friend of mine restored and owns a 4 door Morris Minor. As a model only a 2 door is available. So, besides changing the colour, I am going to create two extra doors. The base model by Minichamps The right colour Painting some smaller details by hand The original interior Painted and carpetted Playing around with some wheels I have. Makes a big difference. SFRC
Tomorrow the MG Workshop celebrates its 40th anniversery. It is a garage I used to earn some extra money while I was a student. They also taught me everything I know about working on cars. Dear friends for about 16 odd years now. Anyway, I made a present for them. A bit of a fantasy car. The well known base model The mods: carpet, some more red in the interior, small rings around the speedo and rev counter, a handle for the passenger, painted some chrome in grey (dashboard) and black (e.g. plate holders) and the decals. peekay
Very nice work! (How I wish there were more English cars in 1.24th plastic. Surely a "Moggie" like this would turn a profit.)
