Built this Replica of a friend's 67 Dodge Dart, Slant 6.

Modified Revell Mr. Norm's 68 Dart kit, sanded flat the vinyl top and hood louvers.

Made the bucket seats into bench seats.

Resin slant 6, front grill, rear lights, & rear bumper

Keith Mark decals, he custom made the slant 6 225 air cleaner decal for me

71 cuda wheels & BF Goodrich tires

Yes, these are cars i like. Not the "topcar" of the productionline, only "low budget"-rides as they are seen on the streets.

Well done! looks perfect.

Steve...beautiful work, in both the design and execution. What was the source for your resin pieces?

I love this car! Great job. There were so many more of these on the street than the high-zoot V8s. Brings back an earlier time.

looks great

my only suggestion is to get some different paint for those tail lights

i use tamiya stop red paint (i believe)

it looks like clear red plastic once it dries

other than that, great model :)

As the late, great Jackie Gleason used to say, "How sweet it is!!" And that is one sweet build if ever I saw one! :D It is indeed nice to see something other than a performance oriented car and yours is definitely one of the best! Nice, realistic colour combination and the bench seat and slant six just make the model stand out from the rest. I like performance cars but I really like to see something that could have been owned and driven by any family. I;d give this one an easy AAAA++++! :D:D:D

Very nice! It's good to see a model of an everyday car, not just the top of the line stuff. I like the slant 6. Nice work!

NICE !!!

Those '67 pieces look great !! Such a unique year amongst the A-Bodies ; lots of firsts and lots of lasts .

I , too , would LOVE to know where you got the conversion parts ; or id you make them yourself ?

Beautiful. Love those early Darts and Valiants. Early as in before '70.

What a nice build, good to see the leaning tower of power in there. Are your conversion pieces AFX? If so how did you get the grill to fit so well? I have 2 sets of the AFX conversions & both grills are to wide.

Very, Very nice Dodge Dart. Not very popular, but lots of them sold. Not as popular as the 340, but not everyone could by one. Great job on a very nice looking model.
