Car Crazy 81
I'd wanted to try something different for a change. I wasnt happy with the kits 2JZ engine so i'd chucked it in favor of a Chevy LS engine out of a Revell 99 Camaro. Heres where im at the wheels & tires are from a AMT 97 Corvette. Car Crazy 81
It looks like the Chevy LS engine is right at home in the Supra the headers im using is from a Revell 69 Camaro with parts box header flanges.
Car Crazy 81
In order to get the LS engine to fit the front suspension needed some modifications done.

Car Crazy 81
I wasnt happy with the kits valve covers so i'd modified a set of AMT 97 Camaro LT-1 valve covers to resemble a set of aftermarket LS units.
Car Crazy 81
More body work on the Supra i'd filled the holes for the spoiler since im not using it & filled the exhaust outlet beings im going with Challenger T/A style exhaust. Car Crazy 81
Since the body work was complete it was time to lay some paint i'd used Rust-Oleum Cobalt Blue Metallic .
Car Crazy 81
The Chevy LS engine is finally at home in the Supra's engine bay sure beats the kits Turbo inline 6.

george 53
LS engines have seperate exhast ports, like a big block chevy. You can use small ford headers, like the ones in the 32 ford kits, an no one will ever notice the difference. GREAT conversion you got goin there too!
