dragin70s
As I was working on the Mongoose funny car (which is still in progress due to painting woes) I pulled out the rear engine dragster that was the other half of the kit. It had been started back in '90 or so, and abandoned due to warped chassis and paint issues. Worked on it in between FC projects, and ended up finishing it off. Shows OK, pleased with some aspects, and it served its purpose as a relearning project and detail practice. Anyway...
dragin70s
Oops, just noticed I put up the picture that was pre-windscreen and tire lettering. Oh well.

dustym
I built one and still have it, but I couldnt get the decals on right. Those were fidillay to build and dont quite look correct but yours look really good.
dragin70s
Thanks, DustyM. Lining up those decals with the body panels and paint color changes is a pain, no doubt. What I am in need of is a good old fashioned single color paint scheme. The funny car has been kicking my butt, and just when I am ready to paint again the humidity shot up again. Oh well. Thanks for the response.
