been making some progress..along with 15 or so other projects. pic gives the body a bit of a banana look, but it is straight. stuff063.jpg

mines a 63, the primered glass parts you see will be cast in clear resin. this will probably be a complete kit, chassis ans all

slantys the ONLY appropriate engine! 63's only came with the leaning tower of power.. i have one all cast and ready to go slant6.jpg

thats the trouble being left handed and deslexic...sad part is, i was looking at my 170 when i put this together. nice thing is, you buy the kit, you can hang it in any orientation you like!

Slant six looks great too! I like the motor mount. Getting a slant six oriented in a kit engine bay is always interesting! What year air cleaner are you replicating? All the ones from that era are just round with "Super 225" on the top.

Looks like it's got a 727 backing it up . Those 727-RG trans are rare !

not sure how its a 727.. itsthe 904 that came with the six in one of the doner kits, plus it looks like a 904 to me...
