AC Norton
hello,. my first time posting photos or info on a model site...seems fun, i should say. anyhow, this amt 64 vette is the prestige series 63 kit...but i had an original 64 hood lying around, so i used it instead. built as a mid to late 60's sports production class piece, i wired the ignition with black stock wiring,..that the photos may not show so well....and other than a few goodies, its fairly box stock. oh, the 2 tone is tamiya pure white and brilliant orange spray,...with tamiya gloss pearl coat . decals are old mix of bits and pieces from my stash,..and i guess thats it. any questios or comments are most welcome . enjoy, regards, a.c. the ace. AC Norton
hi again roger, no, these wheels are from an original annual amt 64 corvette ht,...a custom wheel they say,...but similar to some eelco, fenton, and e/t type of the era. i grabbed them for this vette, as i am building the other currently as a team car for this one,...different s/p class, reversed paint colors...i'll post it when complete. regards, a.c.
