Nice ! Is that a resin body ? Or did You do the conversion.

I shortened a regular kit cab. I did this one back when the Transtar II was reissued, whenever that was.

Thanks guys! Even though they've all but disappeared from today's roads, I've alway had a soft spot for cabovers and the Transtar II is one of my favorites. I remember building several of them as a kid back in the 70's. I know they reissued the kit several years ago but it would be nice to see them again.

Great looking Transtar! B)

I built a day cab from one that I bought that had been reshrink wrapped at a KMart years ago that I discovered had been started and cab painted and damaged from too much glue!

It sure didn't turn out that nice though! :lol:
