Custom Thunder bug

This is a little goodie I built for the Car-Toons Model Forum . A quick weekend build that took 3 weeks to finish !

It's a detailed Tom Daniel Thunder Bug using bits from both the Revell and Tamiya kits plus a few scratchbuilt pieces .

The last photo is the custom version sitting next to my original '71 Thunder Bug .

Thanks for looking !

A special thanks to MAGNUM4342 for supplying the bumpers !

Thank you guys !

They are fun to build but not for everyone . Some modelers call them "Toys" , but there are an awful lot of people that call all models "Toys" !

Thanks David !

They are a lot of fun and a great stress reliever after spending days and weeks on a regular build . Give it a try !
