Blown03SVT
Sounds like a ticket from a LEO waiting to happen. Someone will buy it though
martinfan5
That is kind of cool to be honest, not sure if its worth the 8 grand
TheRX7Project
I'd buy it. Maybe not for 9 grand. I was looking into getting that glow in the dark paint for a stripe on one of my cars.

W-Machine
That glow-in-the-dark paint is gonna be hell to repair if you get a scratch or dent, isn't it?
Lownslow
Biggest waste of money is going for the Hotwheels option itself
Casey
That glow-in-the-dark paint is gonna be hell to repair if you get a scratch or dent, isn't it? It says in the article it's a vinyl wrap, so probably not too difficult. Not sure how the age and exposure of vinyl to the elements affects its ability to match with new vinyl, though. It's an interesting idea, and AMT already has both the Camaro and the GITD plastic, so all they need is the license from Mattel...

Guest
$8995 for an option??? I remember when you could get a whole car for less than that... In the early 60's you could buy a HOUSE for that!
Lownslow
seems to me somebody is having trouble selling camaros again....... They seem to be selling, seen a few banged up ones which doesnt surprise me since you cant see BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH outside of them. GM is just milking money off them, The HW option by itself is around 4 grand and its all aesthetics no performance options included.
